About Me:I'm a university senior now, majoring in Classics and minoring in both Latin and International Studies. I really love the Romans and their history (especially that of their early emperors), and I wanna be a Classics prof when I grow up.
Personally, I'm a little bit superstitious, very fond of theater, a political junkie, and an avid gamer. Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, Star Fox, Resident Evil and Castlevania are my greatest loves.
Besides all of that, I'm a typical Cancerian - Water element person all the way.

So, no A-kon pour moi. Why? Not enough cash! Stranger...~ Lol, RE4. But yeah, money is not especially readily available right now, for me or Kelly. So, next year. I'm saving up for Italy visit #3 anyway. Perhaps a year from now will yield a better situation for the convention-ing.
Flipping through the channels, I noticed that Oprah is re-airing her show on puppy mills, one of the most depressing shows I've ever seen. I must admit that I didn't know many details about it all, but after watching the show, I'm better educated and thoroughly disgusted. I really do think that my "children" will be animals, cats and dogs from shelters and pounds. Honestly, the prospects of human children don't thrill me too much. I would much more delight in taking in animals and lavishing lots and lots of love upon them. Ideally, I'll have a big enough property to do that, for many of them. I heart my furries. ♥
Now, to figure out what the hell to do about new website layouts. My creative wheels have been grinding rather than turning lately, and I don't really know how to combat that. Time away from the laptop I guess. Maybe some more Smash Brothers can help with that. And then some Ocarina of Time afterward. And then perhaps some Harvest Moon, if I can figure out what the heck I'm supposed to be doing at the moment. XD
I'm finding that coding whole layouts in CSS is a really, really good thing. I used to shy away from it, only using it to attend to link colors, page backgrounds, that sort of thing. But my latest attempt to create a whole layout with a CSS page has proven successful. And that makes me hopeful about the rest of the sites on my domain.
In the meantime, I have to prepare for A-kon, which is quickly approaching. I booked a room for myself and a friend at the Westin Hotel, which is apparently just across the Sky Bridge from the actual convention location. That will be nice. Too bad the Sheraton was already sold out. But then again, the Westin seemed nice too. And it's the one with the food court area thingy methinks. That will also be useful.
I've also decided to cosplay. I haven't done it in years, but finally getting back to the Con calls for dress up. I know just what to use too...however, I'll need to fix it up a bit before I go. Nothing too serious, just enough to make sure it won't fall apart upon arrival.
Excellent. I'm sure we can force people to be more interactive.
AlexMuhahaha.
